Brilliant
Brilliant colored pencils appear to be a student grade colored pencil similar to Venus Laurentien or Eagle Canadiana. The set at right is an older set (pre-1965) as it has the diamond star logo vice the EF logo. The older pencils also have a spot for the owner to label with their name.

Mongol Colored Indelible Pencils
These pencils came in 24 different colors in both hexagonal and round versions. I haven't seen many pencils with the name "Van Dyke Brown." Always interesting to learn about historical color names. Van Dyke brown was also known as Cassel earth or Cologne earth and was named after the 17th century Flemish painter Anthony van Dyck. It is a deep, rich, and warm brown colour.
